• Availability: All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

• Specific Characteristics (Allergens): Perfume ingredients are listed on the packaging. Customers are strictly responsible for checking these ingredients to avoid any allergic reactions. We assume no liability for any adverse reactions caused by the use of our products.

4. Pricing and International Customs Duties

• Pricing: All product prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirham) and do not include international shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

• Customs and Import Taxes (DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid): For orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates, the customer is solely responsible for paying any import duties, customs taxes, or local VAT imposed by the destination country. David Rizescu Beauty FZE LLC has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.

5. Shipping and Delivery (Hazardous Materials Restrictions)

Because perfumes contain alcohol, they are classified as "Dangerous Goods" (Hazmat) under international air transport regulations.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders from countries or regions where our courier partners cannot deliver products containing alcohol.

• Estimated delivery times are for guidance only and may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

6. Return Policy and Final Sales Due to the nature of our products, strict hygiene regulations, and international laws regarding the transport of dangerous goods (fragrances containing alcohol), all sales are final.

• We do not accept returns and we do not offer product exchanges.

• In the exceptional case that you receive a product damaged during transit, you must contact us at info@davidrizescubeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence, to request a replacement.

7. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
