SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

1. Order Processing

All orders placed on https://davidrizescubeauty.com/ are processed and prepared for dispatch within [1-3] business days (excluding weekends and United Arab Emirates public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Costs and Estimated Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the destination country and the weight of the parcel.

  • International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs clearance procedures.

  • Please note that the transit times displayed at checkout are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

3. Shipping Restrictions (Dangerous Goods / Hazmat)

Perfumes contain alcohol and are internationally classified as "Dangerous Goods" (Hazmat) for air transport. For this reason:

  • Shipping is conducted only through couriers authorized to transport flammable liquids.

  • We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders from certain countries or regions where our courier partners cannot deliver products containing alcohol.

4. Customs and Import Taxes (DDU)

Orders are shipped from our facility in the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. For all international orders, shipping is handled on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

  • The prices displayed on the website in AED do not include import taxes, local VAT, or customs duties in your country.

  • The customer is solely responsible for paying any customs and import taxes requested by the destination country's authorities upon delivery. If you refuse to pay these taxes, the parcel may be destroyed by customs authorities, and your order will not be refunded.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number (AWB) and a link to the courier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the system.

6. Strict NO RETURN Policy (Final Sale)

Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and fragrances), strict hygiene regulations, and complex international laws regarding the return air transport of liquids containing alcohol (Hazmat):

  • All sales are final. WE DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been processed and shipped.

  • Please read the perfume descriptions (olfactory notes, ingredients) carefully before completing your purchase.

7. Damaged Items Upon Delivery

We make an exception exclusively for products that arrive broken or damaged due to transit.

  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at info@davidrizescubeauty.com within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Your email must contain the order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the outer packaging.

  • After evaluating the situation, we will offer, at our sole discretion, a free replacement of the product or a refund.
